Since the official trailer for Silence was released last month, Scorsese’s adaptation of Endo’s classic novel has been hitting the headlines. Here is a round up of a few of the stories:

If you’re not a Jesuit priest chances are you won’t have been treated to a private screening of Silence. The film, which explores the complexities of the Christian faith, premiered exclusively in The Vatican to an audience of 300 Jesuit priests. Read the full Guardian article here.
